You broke Rule #2, and I'd go with voluntary laser-vision.

I'd say invisibility or super sonic speed. Smile

Er, do we ask another question when we answer?

If so;

Favorite game? Very Happy

Mine would have to be a Legend of Zelda: Adventure of Link. My first game ever. Smile

Immortality. Give me some time to develop the others.

Probably Diablo II just in terms of the amount of hours sunk into it.

My question: how did you choose your user name.

Mine's a longish story.

After reading the fourth Hitchhiker's Guide book, I decided that The Almighty Bob was intrinsically funny, so I started using that as a online moniker. Unfortunately that was too long, so I would often abbreviate it down to Tab. Unfortunately, I'd often sign up for web stuff, forget about it and come back later, and be unable to log on with Tab. So I would sign up as Taber or Taber1, Taber2, etc, depending on how often I forgot and such. Later on, someone suggested Tabereins sounded classier and more fantasyish than Taber1. And so here I am.

1. Flight, because it's awesome and so cliche, also I wouldn't ever have to deal with traffic again

2. Final Fantasy, pretty much all of them, I've played every single one through at least once... lol, they're so addictive

3. Well, my name came from the Def Leppard song "Pour Some Sugar On Me" it goes something like "sometime, anytime, sugar me sweet, little miss innocent sugar me" I think that's right, anyways, it came on the radio when I was driving to a concert with a friend of mine a few years ago and he made some stupid joke about it, the name just kinda stuck after that lol

Ok, for my question, how about the best concert you've ever been to?

4. Warped Tour 06' for me, I've been to every one since 99' but this one had a pretty good line up. My real love for it comes from the fact that I got right against the stage for Thursday while they were playing and then hung out with them, Black Out Pact, and Billy Talent after the show while the roadies were packing their stuff up. I even went to the after party <3 It was great, and I found out that me and Tom have very similar music tastes cheers

2. I'd go with Empire Earth 2. The Sunrays (The Mayan in-game version of Mobile Rocket Launchers) are sweet, and nothing's going to change that.

3. My original account was named Qballperson, a spinoff of the Q-ball gang, a small group of dudes who acted as guards for Club Hel in Matrix Revolutions. Their name was derived from the fact that they all shaved their heads, and my KoL character doesn't really have any hair, so that defined him well. "Qballdude" is a variation of "Qballperson".

4. Rolling Stones concert, Giants Stadium. The visual effects were awesome.

1. Fly or immortality

2. Need For Speed Underground 2 ( I still luv that game) Very Happy or maybe one of the NHL's.

3. Well it's a loong story. It was how I got a pet turtle and I decided to name him Toodles, and yeah, you get how I did it, but how did I get the name Toodles? To this day I can't remember.

4. Well to tell you the truth, I've never been to a concert before, so pass I guess.

1. The ability to summon an army of angry Hobos on Lawnmowers.

2. TimeSpiltters Future Perfect. I've had it nearly 2 years and still not completed it 100%.

3. Ever heard of Warcraft 3? Wiseman was what I wanted to call my internet account, but it was already taken. So I stuck _2 on the end an now that's my name for just about everything on the interweb.

4. Again, I've never been to one before Sad But I'd love to go to Download at Donington (That's England).

My Question: What weapon, and from what game, would you use in battle?

I'd use the Bouncer from Ratchet & Clank 2, a sort of cluster bomb launcher that just obliterated anything within range.

6. I haven't posted one yet.
Q: If you could jump into any movie/game what would it be?

6.(or 7?) any LotR game--i've never played them but middle earth is cool--i guess that counts as a movie too...
7(or8?) if you could be any character from LotR or StarWars, who would you be?
A. -probably Obi-won, just cause being able to fall really far and draw objects to my hand is cool, not to mention lightsabers...

The Question Game Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Question Game   The Question Game Icon_minitimeMon Mar 12, 2007 4:19 am

Well, here I go.

1 )The ability to read and control other people's thoughts and actions.
2 )Final Fantasy VII. It's the best one out of them all. I may be a bit biased though. It's also the first one I played.
3 )I have an unhealthy compulsion to read any and all things Heinlein and there's a cat that appears in several of his books named pixel, hence, pixelkitty. Yes, I know. It's very clever how I put that all together.
4 )I saw Type O Negative my sophomore year in high school. It was an amazing show. I also got to shake Peter Steele's hand through the tour bus window, and he gave me his Gatorade bottle. I do realize the Gatorade bottle is a little lame, but at the time I was inappropriately excited about it.
5 )I'm not sure this qualifies as a weapon, but Bahumut from FF VIII. Seriously, how great would it be to have this massive dragon burst out of the sky to do your bidding? Good times.
6 )I'll tell you at the end of all this.
7 )Labyrinth. This may make me a bad person, but I would have stayed with the goblin king. Her baby brother would have been fine. It's not as though they were beating him, and it's David Bowie. Is it wrong to have a crush on a man who's old enough to be my grandfather?
8 )I realize there would be some gender bending required, but Hans Solo is just that cool.

Okay, time for my question. You're bieng forcibly shipped off to a desert island. You get to bring one book, one cd, one personal object, and one person. Who/what would they/it be?

9 )My book would be Time Enough For Love by Robert A. Heinlein. I'm not entirely convinced that anyone who has read this man's work and not appreciated it truly qualifies for the title of human bieng. The cd would have to be Metallica's self titled album. I just never get tired of it. Personal object would be a toothbrush, because there's nothing worse then that wierd cottony feeling in the morning. Finally, I don't have a specific person in mind, but I'm thinking a boy who can sit silently and look pretty and, in turn, provide me with entertaining conversation when appropriate.

So, here's to hoping somebody reads this and responds so I have something to look at next time I log in.

My book would be one of those trick books with the pages cut out--filled with food.
My CD would be anything shiny enough to signal and/or start fires.
My personal item would be a personal raft.
My person would be someone burly enough to fight off natives and/or wild animals.

I suppose I should have elaborated more. See, in the magical world of questions that involves being stranded on a deserted(that was what the word was supposed to be...desert was incorrect) island, it is perfectly safe and there is food available. Coconuts would get old after awhile though. Anyway, it's more of a what would you hate to live without sort of thing. Practical is good though. It's just not my prefered mode of thought. Not necessarily a good thing for me suppose. Ah well, life goes on.

The Question Game Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Question Game   The Question Game Icon_minitimeFri Mar 23, 2007 1:02 am

yay! I'm assisting in keeping the forums alive! Anyway...

1-4. already posted

5. Hmmm, I guess the weapon on the ratchet and clank game, the cannon thing that shoots out a bunch of little robots that run around and destroy anything nearby. I've never actually played the game, but I watched a friend play it out of boredom and that gun looked really fun, who doesn't want a small army of obedient and highly destructive robots at their disposal? Smile

6. I'm about to tell you, after I answer the other questions.

7. I'm not really sure, maybe Fight Club or V For Vendetta, I love political movies with good writing, and I'm definitely in favor of bringing down wrongful dictatorships and trying to equilize the wealth of the people... Hmmm, I believe that makes me a modern socialist... Off to Amsterdam! Smile

8. I don't remember any of the names of the Lord of the Rings characters I haven't seen any of the movies since they were in theaters and the books are way too long for my attention span... and I don't remember much from any of the Star Wars movies... Maybe I could be the guy who turned into Darth Vader? Anakin I think, but then I'd have horrible burns and go from a sexy boy to James Earl Jones... or I could be princess Leya, no clue how to spell it, but then I would've made out with my brother... I can't decide, I want to be Fluffy: Destroyer of Worlds instead Razz

9. My book would probably be something from Stephen King, despite my horrible attention span and the length of his books, I can still stay focused enough to read them, and I really liked Cell. My cd would be a mix I just made of a lot of punkish hardcore songs, I don't know the proper name for the genre, but basically what you see at Taste of Chaos, with a little less screaming. My personal object would be a lifetime supply of feminine hygiene products, because no woman on earth could possibly enjoy a tropical island, stranded or otherwise, without them. My person would have to be someone I could talk to for hours on end, maybe my friend David... On a slightly unrelated sidenote, is it strange that I would rather have a gay guy (or mostly gay in his case) with me than a straight one, solely for the intellectual advantage? I'll leave you to ponder this.

And my question(s), number 10:
Q: What was the best date you've ever been on? I realize some of you are a little too young to be dating though, so I have an alternative for you --- Q10B: What is your favorite movie of all time?

A-10A: My best date probably sounds pretty stupid, but I had so much fun on it, a lot more than any time I've been taken to an overpriced restaurant or a movie. Anyway, I went to the beach with this guy named Jd, we went with another couple and my friend David (as previously mentioned) tagged along. This was a little over two years ago now, for the record. Anyway, we went out onto the beach and ran into a party going on in the middle of the afternoon. Being so responsible at that age, we of course decided to partake in the drunken activities for the rest of the night until David went off with a cutie he met there and the other couple went back to the car to "find something for a little while" which left me and Jd alone on the beach. We ended up just staring at the stars for hours while talking and driking moderately until about 12AM. After that we watched the random partyers set off fireworks and repeatedly burn themselves in the process, drunk people really should not be allowed near explosives. At the end of the night I actually got to try skim boarding which is much harder than it sounds, I fell down a lot and ended up with a sprained wrist, but it was definitely worth it. I had a great time with him and I'm still waiting to have a better date even now Smile

A-10B: I've got to go back to Fight Club, I think the book is better, but I really loved the movie too, plus Brad Pitt is sexy and Edward Norton is a great actor.

elephant ...I like elephants... especially in smiley form...
